Purchase & Exchange Policy

Important Notice : As a policy Hatsworld does not hold any details of customers credit or debit card. All CC and DC payment are done through PayPal and Barclaycard secure server

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with
  • If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, you can exchange or return it for a refund less the postage fee.
  • Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.  Any merchandise that arrives after the 14 day period will only be eligible for an exchange.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  We only ship exchanges between Monday - Friday (Holidays excluded).
  • When returning items (other than problem with the product) you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class).  You will also be responsible for new postage fee.
  • When  you wish to exchange a product please note that you will responsible for the new postage fee 
  • Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Hatsworld. We ship exchanged products back to you for a fix fee of £7.95 with Royal Mail priority class service.
  • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item you must inform  within 24hours, Hatsworld will cover any additional postage costs incurred. Please repack merchandise in the original shipping carton (or of the equivalent quality) and ship to the following address:

Sign and use the invoice provide as a return slip.  We will then refund or exchange as requested. 


If you now have an alternative shipping address please provide these new details clearly with the hat and include with the package.


*Please note, all order returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Christmas Exchange Policy:  For orders placed in November and December, we are accepting exchanges and returns until the 15th of January


Please do not remove tags or labeling, as we are not able to accept a return on a hat without them.


Free Shipment:


Hatsworld offer free shipment of purchases over £100 for customers in Great Britain and Ireland.


International customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs (Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original) We will require payment before we can ship any international exchange.
